Each speciality is a full course with its own entry level, length and qualification.
Keeping computers working: assembling and upgrading machines, finding and fixing hardware and software faults, and installing and looking after the systems an office depends on.
Building and running websites: planning a site, creating and updating its pages, and keeping it working, secure and up to date for the people who use it.
Connecting computers so they can share information: planning, cabling and setting up networks, configuring the equipment, and keeping a network running and secure.
Visual communication on a computer: designing logos, flyers, posters and other print and digital material that carries a clear message.

Learners who want a technical career with computers: fixing and maintaining them, connecting them, building websites or designing visual material. Every speciality leads to a Vocational Qualification Diploma (DQP), so at the end of the course you sit a national examination set by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training.
Entry levels differ between specialities. Computer Maintenance starts from Lower Sixth, Website Master asks for the GCE Advanced Level, and Computer Networking and Graphic Design start from Upper Sixth. If you are not sure whether your certificates qualify, bring them when you visit and we will check with you.
If you are starting with no computer experience, our beginners' course in ICT and digital skills may be the better first step.
